Rachel manages Bell Gully's pro bono programme.

The programme provides access to justice to those who cannot afford to pay for it and assistance to groups and individuals working for the good of others, by providing free or discounted legal advice.

Rachel also has specific responsibility for drafting and maintaining the banking and finance team's precedent documentation, and is the author of the key Bell Gully publication Financial Services Quarterly.

Rachel's specialty area is banking and finance and she has particular experience in secured and unsecured bank lending, structured financing and ship and asset financing.

Before rejoining Bell Gully at the beginning of 2002, she worked in the banking and finance department of Allen & Overy in London.
