Rachael specialises in public and administrative law issues and civil litigation, and employment law.
Rachael has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court, Privy Council, Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court, Employment Relations Authority, Maori Land Court and the Waitangi Tribunal in relation to issues such as the funding of pharmaceuticals, Broadcasting Standards Authority decisions, the Crown Minerals Act, fisheries and Treaty of Waitangi settlements. She has also represented clients at mediations.
Rachael has also represented clients in settlement negotiations with the Crown, provides advice regarding public and administrative law issues and advises clients on a range of other matters including statutory obligations and employment law.
