Rachael specialises in public and administrative law issues and civil litigation.

Rachael has appeared as counsel in judicial review proceedings on various issues including Treaty of Waitangi settlement and fisheries issues. Rachael has also provided advice regarding public and administrative law issues to various clients including clients in the health and fisheries sectors. She has appeared on behalf of clients in the Privy Council, Court of Appeal, High Court, Maori Land Court and the Waitangi Tribunal.

Rachael has also represented clients in settlement negotiations with the Crown, provides advice regarding public and administrative law issues and advises clients on a range of other matters including statutory obligations and matters related to commercial transactions.
