Phil co-heads Bell Gully's national competition law practice. He is an extremely experienced competition lawyer, who has been involved in the competition law aspects of many leading New Zealand corporate transactions over the past 20 years.
Phil's work has included mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restrictive trade practices and corporate restructurings. He regularly represents clients before competition bodies such as the Commerce Commission and has forged long-standing relationships as a trusted advisor to major companies such as Air New Zealand.
