Kristin Carden

Kristin specialises in commercial property with particular expertise in property ownership and occupation.

She has wide-ranging experience in commercial property including commercial leasing, the sale and purchase of various types of properties including sale and lease-back and design-build arrangements and licensing subdivisions and easements.

Kristin rejoined the firm in 2007 after being in-house counsel at a New York-based and NASDAQ-listed) bio-pharmaceutical company.  Prior, she practised law for three years at a large American law firm, in both its Boston and New York offices.
