Karl Vincent
Karl is a commercial lawyer specialising in technology and infrastructure projects.
He has considerable experience advising on complex IT and telecommunications contracts, business process transformation and procurement in both the private and public sectors.
Karl joined Bell Gully from financial services firm Morgan Stanley in London, where he worked with a small trans-Atlantic team to build a trade finance business. His role included the management of legal and commercial risk and the negotiation and implementation of business-critical projects. He also worked in London as a senior associate at Simmons & Simmons advising on large telecommunications and business process outsourcings, and at Olswang, a specialist media and technology practice. Prior to his London experience Karl worked for another leading New Zealand law firm.
