Karl Vincent

Karl is a commercial lawyer specialising in technology and infrastructure projects.

He has considerable experience advising on outsourcing and procurement, technology and telecommunications contracts, electronic commerce, emerging technologies, and the commercialisation of intellectual property.

Karl has a particular interest in the technology, telecommunications and media sectors.

Karl joined Bell Gully from financial services firm Morgan Stanley in London, where he helped to build a global trade finance business. His role included the management of legal and commercial risk and the negotiation and implementation of business-critical projects. He also worked in London as a senior associate at Simmons & Simmons advising on large telecommunications and business process outsourcings, and at Olswang, a specialist technology practice. Prior to his London experience Karl worked for another leading New Zealand law firm.
