Glenn is a specialist competition lawyer.

Glenn advises on all aspects of competition law. He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, having acted for leading corporate clients on major global transactions. Glenn has also assisted clients with large-scale cartel investigations and advised on misuse of market power issues. He has particular expertise in the finance, retail and mining sectors.

He re-joined Bell Gully in 2012 after 6 years overseas experience in Australia and the UK. Most recently he was a Managing Associate in the London office of leading magic circle firm Linklaters, where he advised clients on the competition aspects of major global transactions including Rio Tinto on its acquisition of Canadian aluminium producer Alcan and its defence of BHP Billiton's attempted hostile takeover.

Glenn also advised a consortium of the world's largest investment banks on the establishment of clearing platforms for derivative products and advised a leading supermarket during an investigation by the UK regulator into alleged anticompetitive behaviour in grocery markets.

He is also experienced in providing advice in relation to regulated entities, having advised clients in the electricity, telecoms and airport sectors.
