Fiona is a commercial litigator, working with clients to resolve disputes through mediation, negotiation, litigation and arbitration.

She has experience across a number of industries, including the finance sector, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, insurance, manufacturing and the energy sector.

Fiona rejoined Bell Gully in 2008 after five years at Herbert Smith LLP in London, where she worked in a general commercial litigation team, alongside the arbitration and intellectual property groups.

She completed a Master of Laws at Harvard in 2002 and spent a year working as a legal researcher at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague.
