Callum specialises in banking law with experience across a wide array of finance transactions.

He has particular expertise in advising on insolvency transactions, restructuring and recovery strategies.

From 2006 to 2008 Callum advised leading financial institutions on various structured finance offerings while at Ashurst's Securities and Structured Finance team in London. Between 2009 and 2011 he worked at Conyers, Dill & Pearman in Bermuda, focusing on acquisition finance acting predominantly for large American corporates and global banks.
