Colleen is a trade mark specialist and advises on related intellectual property law.

She has extensive experience advising clients on trade mark and brand protection, the Fair Trading Act and passing off, copyright, and general intellectual property issues.

Before joining Bell Gully, Colleen spent 17 years with a large specialist intellectual property firm, nine of these as partner.

Chambers Global 2008 recognises Colleen as a trade mark expert, and as an up-and-coming individual in the field of intellectual property law. She is also commended for her advice on both registrations and oppositions.
