Chris specialises in corporate and commercial work and has considerable experience across wide-ranging corporate and financing transactions.
His experience includes joint ventures, secured and unsecured lending and other financing transactions, corporate securities, including public and private offerings of debt and equity, competitive tenders, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations.
He is well-versed in general commercial and company law matters.
Chris is admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal District Court of the United States (9th Circuit). He is also a member of the Business and International Law sections of the State Bar of California.
