Chris advises on commercial law matters. He has established particularly strong expertise in advising on energy sector matters, including major infrastructure projects.
Chris' energy sector expertise goes back to 1989 when he first began acting for participants in the electricity industry. He has been involved from both a project management and legal perspective in due diligence for the disposal and acquisition of assets and businesses in the electricity sector.
Chris has also advised energy sector clients on land and asset investigation processes for major infrastructure projects.
