Brynn is a corporate law specialist experienced in acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, privatisation, corporate fundraising, public offerings and private placements of securities, and stock exchange compliance.

He has advised a wide range of clients on due diligence, negotiation and completion of acquisition agreements, public flotations and employee share purchase and dividend reinvestment schemes.

With a proven ability to manage large transactions, Brynn led Bell Gully's team managing all aspects of the Fletcher Challenge separation. This included many significant transactions, including the sale of Fletcher Paper to Norske Skog, the sale of Fletcher Energy to Shell/Apache, and the IPOs of Fletcher Building and Rubicon.

Brynn's expertise is recognised in a number of international forums. He is highly recommended in PLC Which Lawyer? 2011 and Asia Pacific Legal 500 2010, 2011 and 2012 in the corporate commercial/M&A sectors. He is noted for his "very strong technical skills" and client comments include: "Outstanding and extremely efficient" and "highly professional and responsive."
