Bronwyn McKinlay
Bronwyn specialises in commercial and insurance litigation and has particular experience in project management of large commercial litigation, mathematical and financial modelling and quantification of damages issues.
She has advised and represented clients in disputes concerning insurance, contracts, franchising, shareholdings, misrepresentation, fraud and breach of duty. Bronwyn has particular experience of auditors' and other professionals' duties.
Prior to joining Bell Gully, she practised law at another large firm in Auckland.
