Andy is a commercial litigator, with a particular focus on competition and regulatory disputes.

Andy specialises in the resolution of large, complex disputes. He has acted for energy, natural resources, primary industry, transport, telecommunications, and financial services clients.

He advises clients in connection with cartel investigations and misuse of market power issues. He has particular experience advising clients on industry-specific regulation in the energy, transport and telecommunications sectors.

Andy has previously worked in Wellington, Sydney and London. He joined Bell Gully in 2012.
