Andrea is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

She has provided commercial advice to businesses at every stage of development. Andrea has broad company experience, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt funding.

She has advised on flotations and secondary issues, and undertakes a wide range of work for entrepreneurs, high growth companies and joint ventures.

Andrea returned to New Zealand after eight years at law firms in the UK where her practice focused largely on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets listings. Prior to her UK experience Andrea worked for another major New Zealand law firm.
