Anton is a commercial property lawyer who advises on all aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development and financing.

Anton has a particular focus on large-scale property financing. His expertise includes drafting and negotiating facility and security documentation, often across borders in multiple jurisdictions.

Anton also advises on property joint ventures and corporate structuring of property investments.
