Anna specialises in corporate law, with a focus on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

Her expertise includes public and private M&A transactions, including private equity transactions. Anna is also experienced in advising on stock exchange issues including securities offerings, takeovers and general compliance.

Her international experience includes working in the Dubai office of Clyde & Co and with Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney.
