Heath has extensive experience in commercial property law, both in New Zealand and overseas.

Heath has over eleven years local and international experience in commercial property law. He specialises in advising large public and private sector clients in relation to all aspects of property development, including complex design build projects and construction matters. He also has recent experience in the sale of significant forest and dairy holdings.

Heath regularly advises on the sale and purchase of significant property assets and the property aspects of large scale corporate transactions. He also has extensive experience in all leasing related matters, acting for both landlords and tenants.
