Andrew is an experienced corporate law adviser. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, flotations and stock exchange matters, joint ventures, and company and business law matters.

Andrew is a corporate lawyer with considerable experience in major M&A and other corporate and private equity transactions. He has particular expertise in advising energy sector companies.

Andrew has acted for a number of major New Zealand corporates on general corporate work, acquisitions and divestments.

He has acted for a number of listings on the New Zealand Stock Exchange and public company mergers and takeovers.

Andrew is named as a leading individual by the Asia Pacific Legal 500 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 in the areas of corporate/commercial and mergers and acquisitions practice. He is recognised as a highly recommended individual in corporate/M&A by PLC Which Lawyer? 2008 and a leading lawyer by IFLR1000 2007.
