Roger Partridge, Chairman
Roger is Bell Gully's chairman. As a partner, he is recognised for handling large-scale litigation and in developing strategies for successfully resolving complex disputes.
Cecilia Burgess, Chief Operating Officer
Cecilia joined Bell Gully in July 2010 and oversees all of the firm's operations. She has more than 17 years of experience in senior management roles at professional services firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, and joined Bell Gully from Linklaters in London – where she was Global Head of Client Development and Head of Marketing – Asia.
Cecilia brings extensive experience operating in global markets from her roles as Linklaters' Business Development Director for the Asian region and as Marketing Director for Minter Ellison in Australia. As well as leading the firm's operations, Cecilia also has direct responsibilities for Business Development at Bell Gully.

Iain Jamieson, Director of Finance
Iain has led Bell Gully's finance team since joining the firm in 1997. Prior to that he worked at PriceWaterhouse and OSH. Iain oversees the provision of financial information and reports including monthly and year end financial statements. He is a member of the Chartered Accountants College of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Christine MacGregor, Human Resources Director
Christine joined Bell Gully in November 2010 and leads the Human Resources team in formulating and implementing the firm's people strategies. An experienced HR practitioner within New Zealand, UK and Japan, Christine was previously HR Director for Goldman Sachs & Partners (NZ) Limited and HR Manager at Ernst & Young NZ.
