Australian Personal Property Securities Register now open
The Australian PPS Register commenced operation on 30 January.
The Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) is the register where details of security interests in Australian personal property can be registered and searched.
The Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia is the Australian Government agency responsible for administering the PPSR.
