New Limited Partnerships register and Overseas Limited Partnerships register
The Companies Office has announced that the new Limited Partnerships register and Overseas Limited Partnerships register went live on 2 May.
The registers, which will be able to be searched online, will be administered by the Companies Office.
Registration, maintenance and annual return filing will be conducted through manual forms.
