The Bell Gully Scholarship
Bell Gully is proud to launch a new scholarship, open to students studying towards an LLB. The scholarship is an exciting addition to our graduate offerings and further supports the development of the next generation of New Zealand’s leading lawyers.
As a Bell Gully Scholar you are guaranteeing your future. You will be part of a select few, and have access to solicitors at New Zealand’s leading law firm for mentoring and guidance throughout your degree and well into your professional career. You will join an elite group of young legal professionals and will have a competitive advantage.
To become a Bell Gully Scholar, you will demonstrate high potential through your academic achievements and extracurricular activities.
You will have the opportunity to take up a summer clerkship as part of your scholarship arrangement, providing you with exposure to a range of legal departments. In each department, you will work with one of our partners or senior associates, their teams and their clients to get firsthand experience of what it takes to have a successful legal career. There will also be an opportunity for you to join us during your semester breaks, as a job-shadowing post.
On the lighter side of things, you will be welcomed to the firm with a cocktail party, and be invited to the firm's Christmas party. You will also have access to our research library as an alternative place to study during the year.
