Graduate recruitment
If you’re starting out, start with the best.
Each year we recruit the best graduates from around the country to join us as summer clerks and law clerks in our Auckland and Wellington offices.
The majority of our law clerks complete our summer clerk programme and return as law clerks after they graduate. We also recruit a small number of graduates directly into our law clerk programme. Recruitment begins in March and offers for summer and law clerk positions are made in May.
Unfortunately Bell Gully is unable to offer student internships to overseas applicants.
Summer Clerk Programme
Our summer clerk programme is unique – as are our summer clerks!
The programme not only provides the opportunity for our summer clerks to work
with lawyers who are leaders in their field but also, and just as importantly,
to develop broader skills needed to succeed as a lawyer in the business and
wider community.
