Fee structure

Fee levels are dependent on the complexity of the transaction.  For example, fees vary depending on whether a family trust or a company vehicle is used, and if strata estate (unit titles) or cross leases are involved.

Land Information Memorandum (LIM reports) are an additional disbursement to our fees.
