Bell Gully is skilled in working with organisations that have complex, diverse, and changing property needs. 

We act for developers, investors, end users and central and local government authorities in commercial property transactions – including construction projects, developments, acquisitions and disposals, and leasing.

As well as development projects, we also work with clients to assist with the day-to-day management of property portfolios. We assist with the strategic negotiation of agreements, advising on the development issues associated with concurrent leases and structuring extensive portfolios to enable a managed transition from existing to new premises.

We advise on sale and purchase agreements, development project planning, resource management/environmental and construction including procurement, property management, funding and transaction structuring nationally and offshore.

We have one of the few specialist commercial leasing legal teams in New Zealand.  The team works with a diverse range of clients across all aspects of leasing to ensure that their leasing structures are set up to reflect particular asset requirements.
